I really liked your thoughts on TALENTification. As we discussed so many times during the Office Hour: Culture eats strategy for breakfast (and you also quoted Peter Drucker, which is wonderful) and if you do not have the buy-in of your employees and overlook their fears and worries, the best DEI strategy will not stick. Great that you included such strong points on developing a clear data strategy. DEI has influences on the bottom line and should be displayed just like we show financial analysis. You demonstrated your deep understanding of DEI, as you also pointed to ongoing DEI initiatives such as implementing and communicating the organizations DEI talent strategy, establishing the governance structure and empowering diversity leaders. The Japanese principle Kaizen - change for the better or continuous improvement - comes to mind. Just like gardening, we need to continuously speak and reflect together on the effects of our implemented DEI initiatives. This is an evolution and not a revolution. Well done and I hope you will implement this strategy and make the world a more inclusive place. It has been a pleasure having you on the course and I wish you all the best for your future and hope our paths will cross again.
